We got there early with our friend's Shanie and Kyan, and had second row 'seats' on the floor. Perfect for band and kiddo mosh pit watching! It was really cute to watch the kids that knew the songs and danced around getting their wiggle out.
Van spent the whole time snuggled in my lap, trying to figure out what was going on. He loves music and will bop around to certain tunes, but was a little hesitant with a live band. Plus, we had never listed to Caspar Babypants music before. He stared a lot at the band and kids up-front dancing, and was particularly interested in the girl dancing next to us or any kid walking by to get up-front. He's a thoughtful, curious snuggle bug.
We left with a commemorative CD autographed by the band.
Fun times!
